When asked to describe the most important trait of a future president, Bryce offered two characteristics. The first attribute is one he considers to be obvious while the second was something that will only grow in future importance. Interestingly, the second trait was also noted by Dr. Bruce Fawcett in episode 2. Both relational influence and strategic entrepreneurial leadership will be important to prevent a traditionally slow moving institution from lagging behind given the rapid rate of change in society all around us.
