This Friday, August 14, marks a very special day. It is Dr. Bruce Fawcett’s final day as president of Crandall University in Moncton, New Brunswick. After 14 years leading that institution, he is stepping away and taking some time to research and rest. It just so happens that Friday is also the day my conversation with him goes live.
The importance of entrepreneurial leadership for Christian Higher Education
Bruce believes in the value of vision and an entrepreneurial leadership style for academic institutions. He understands the importance of generating and implementing new ideas and he believes this is something every president should learn how to do (or, if the president can not do it, they should hire someone who does!).
