Work With Jason

Facilitation and strategic support for Christian organizations

I help Christian organizations navigate present and future challenges by rethinking leadership, formation, and strategy.

When an important decision, upcoming transition, or organizational challenge requires clearer thinking, I help leadership teams surface what matters, hear perspectives that may be missing, and identify a constructive path forward.

Leadership Team Facilitation

Make progress on an important decision, transition, or challenge

A focused facilitated session gives your leadership team the structure to speak openly, examine assumptions, identify overlooked issues, and establish a shared path forward.

I design each half-day or full-day session around the specific needs of your organization.

Your engagement includes

  • A pre-session consultation with the organizational leader
  • A customized agenda and facilitated process
  • A written summary of key themes and decisions
  • Recommended priorities and next steps
  • A follow-up leadership debrief

Engagements start at $2,000*.

Travel and accommodation are additional

Strategic Challenge Engagement

Understand what is keeping your organization stuck

Some challenges require more than a single facilitated session. Over four to six weeks, I work with leaders and stakeholders to identify the factors contributing to a strategic or organizational challenge, uncover perspectives that may not be reaching the decision-making table, and develop practical recommendations.

Your engagement may include

  • An initial leadership consultation
  • A customized stakeholder survey
  • Individual interviews
  • Analysis of recurring themes, tensions, and opportunities
  • A written report of findings and recommendations
  • A presentation and leadership debrief

Strategic Challenge Engagements start at $7,500* and are priced according to scope.

Facilitation experience: I have facilitated strategic, academic, denominational, congregational, and military conversations involving change, conflict, identity, and organizational direction.

Pastoral understanding: More than twenty years in pastoral ministry gives me a practical understanding of the pressures facing churches, pastors, boards, and denominational leaders.

Research and writing: My published work examines theological education, pastoral formation, chaplaincy, technology, and sustainable models of ministry.

Cross-sector perspective: My experience spans churches, theological education, Christian higher education, denominational leadership, and Canadian Armed Forces chaplaincy.

Start With a Conversation

You may know your organization needs an outside perspective before you know exactly what kind of engagement would help.

Tell me what your leadership team is facing. We can discuss the situation, the people who need to be involved, and whether facilitation, a strategic challenge engagement, or a workshop would be the best fit.

There is no obligation to proceed.
